WinterCamp Update

Here are a couple quick notes to prepare you for WinterCamp!

1. BEAT THE LINES THIS FRIDAY! Students may arrive at Door #3 as early as 4:45pm to load the UNDERCARRIAGE of the bus.  DO NOT PUT ANY "CARRY-ON" STUFF ON THE BUS YET! 
2. The Middle School will have the 47-passenger bus, and the High School will have the 55-passenger bus. 
3. When you arrive, you will be required to sign in with Becky Wageman. She will be seated at a table in the Door #3 Lobby. 
4. DON'T BE LATE! The EXTREME latest you can be at CCC is 5:10pm.  We have an orientation promptly at 5:15pm in Room 300 (next to Door #3). Parents are not required to attend this meeting.
5. At 5:30, the adult volunteers will be allowed to board the bus.  They will be strategically spread out to have adequate adult supervision on the trip.
6. At 5:35, the students will board their respective bus. After a head count, we will leave at 5:45pm. 
7. WE ARE NOT STOPPING FOR FOOD on the way to WinterCamp.  Please bring a meal, snacks, etc. and/or eat before you arrive.  The next meal will be breakfast at Big Sandy!
8. Be sure to provide lunch money for the return trip.  We will be stopping at a fast food restaurant.
9. We will be returning at 5:00pm on Monday. Students will be allowed to use their cell phones once we leave the Twin Cities to give parents an accurate arrival time.
10. PLEASE BE IN PRAYER for this weekend.  God does AMAZING things every year!  

Finally, as of this posting, there are FOUR spots remaining. We will accept more people on a first-come, first-served basis, even up to Friday. They must pay $135 and have the registration form and health form filled out. For updates, please go to our Facebook page.
